How to Access Your Have Freedom Email

Overview

Have Freedom Hosting provides Webmail access for your hosted email accounts, allowing you to read, send, and manage your email directly from a web browser without installing or configuring an email application.

You can access your email through Webmail from a computer, tablet, or smartphone with an internet connection.

Before You Begin

You will need:

• An active Have Freedom Hosting email account.

• The full email address you want to access.

• The password for that email account.

Important: Your Webmail login uses your full email address as the username. For example, if your email address is you@example.com, enter you@example.com as your username.

Option 1: Access Webmail Directly

The easiest way to access your email is to go directly to Webmail.

1. Open your preferred web browser.

2. Go to:

   https://yourdomain.com:2096

3. Replace yourdomain.com with the domain associated with your email account.

4. Enter your full email address.

5. Enter your email account password.

6. Click Log in.

Once authenticated, you will be taken to the Webmail interface, where you can access your inbox and manage your email.

Example

If your email address is:

you@example.com

You would visit:

https://example.com:2096

and log in using:

• Email: you@example.com

• Password: Your email account password

Option 2: Access Webmail Through cPanel

You can also access an email account directly from your cPanel account.

1. Log in to cPanel.

2. Locate the Email section.

3. Click Email Accounts.

4. Find the email account you want to access.

5. Click Check Email.

6. If prompted to select a Webmail application, select Roundcube.

7. Your mailbox will open.

This method is particularly convenient if you are already working inside cPanel.

Using Webmail

Once you are logged into Webmail, you can:

• Read and organize incoming messages.

• Send and reply to emails.

• Attach files to messages.

• Create folders and organize your mailbox.

• Manage contacts.

• Configure email preferences.

• Use available spam and filtering features.

Have Freedom Hosting currently provides Roundcube as the standard Webmail interface.

Having Trouble Logging In?

If you cannot access your email, try the following:

Check your email address

Make sure you are entering your complete email address, including the domain.

For example:

you@example.com

not:

you

Check your password

Your email password is separate from your Have Freedom customer portal password.

If you recently changed your email password, make sure you are using the new password.

Try accessing Webmail through cPanel

If direct Webmail access isn't working, log in to cPanel and select Email Accounts → Check Email for the affected account.

Still having trouble?

If you have confirmed that your email address and password are correct and you still cannot access Webmail, please contact Have Freedom Hosting Support.

When contacting support, include:

• The affected email address.

• The error message you are receiving.

• Whether you can access cPanel.

• Whether the problem occurs on multiple devices or browsers.

Never send your email password or other account passwords in a support ticket.
