To create a new email account via the cPanel, you must first log into the cPanel. (Instructions on accessing the cPanel can be found HERE.)
Once you have logged in, you can navigate to the "Email" section, as highlighted in the image below.
From there, you can click on the "Email Accounts" button. You will be taken to the email accounts page, which may look similar to this.
You then will click the "Create" button, as shown in the above image. On the following page, you will fill in some basic information, including the email account's username, password, and some optional settings like storage space and folders.
