At Have Freedom LLC, we strive to ensure your right to produce and host content freely. However, we are still subject to US Federal Law, including the Digital Millenium Copyright Act (DMCA) and the Children's Online Personal Privacy Act (COPPA). This means that in the event of us receiving a DMCA takedown request, we must follow appropriate procedures to confirm the legitimacy of the request, including requesting evidence of your permission to use that content. However, in light of extensive abuses of the DMCA systems across many services, we have every intention of treating every customer as innocent until proven guilty. We will do all we can to ensure you n continue hosting your content without interruption whilst complying with the law. This also means we cannot provide our services to any client under the age of 13.
In regards to what content is allowed, please bear in mind that your domain registrar may not have the same policy we do and could retract your DNS resolution if they object to your content. As long as said content does not violate our own policies, it will remain hosted on our services.
We allow users to host any content, subject to appropriate respect for copyright and federal law. We aim to comply with the law by restricting the following:
- Child abuse materials of any kind
- Botnets, DDOS systems, and malicious payloads
- Excessive resource usage content aggregators, including torrenting and seedboxes
- WAREZ, including Stolen Credit Cards, Dox packages, and Scrapers
We do allow the hosting of adult and firearms-related materials and sales, but the user is responsible for said material remaining within the law and we must cooperate with US governmental bodies in this regard.
Failure to comply with these restrictions will result in account and service termination, and data will be handed over to appropriate authorities.
