Similarly to the simplicity of accessing the cPanel, accessing the webmail is done in a few clicks. Visit https://webmail.hfhosting.us and sign in using the email you have created within the cPanel. (Instructions for creating an email account can be found HERE.)
Accessing Webmail via Web Browser
Below is a step-by-step guide to accessing your webmail.
Step 1) Navigate to https://webmail.hfhosting.us
Step 2) Enter your login credentials including email address and password in the provided fields, then click "Log in"
Step 3) If your email and password are accepted, you will be shown a prompt that says "Login successful. Redirecting ..."
Step 4) Upon successful login, you will be greeted with the below page. From this page, you can select your mailbox client from either Roundcube or Horde.
4a) Additionally, you can find settings for autoresponders, filters, forwarders, spam filters, and more.
Accessing Webmail via SMTP Client
Accessing your webmail via an external SMTP client can be done with the following variables:
STMP Server: mail.hfhosting.us OR smtp.hfhosting.us
Security Type: SSL (STRICT)
Server Port: 993 OR 465
Email: The email address you generated
Password: The password you generated
